Our workshops, tools and techniques are highly interactive, creative and purposeful, utilising activities which target different learning styles. We rarely use PowerPoint and we do not lecture.
We are proud members of the Institute of Leadership, and our Leadership Programmes can be enhanced through their award-winning e-learning tool, MyLeadership.
As experienced Managers ourselves, and appreciating that practical application is key, we deliver pragmatic learning, work collaboratively with people and facilitate them to with collaboratively with each other.
For the Individual
When striking out doing something new, we have a range of coaches who can support you. By getting to know you and the challenges and opportunities you face, we can help you set a direction to take you to the next level. Our coaches have both great experience and the academic perspectives to support you with thought provoking coaching that has proved transformational for our coachees.
Psychometrics
We are practitioners in traditional tests such as Myers Briggs as well as the more colourful (and memorable) Insights Discovery®. Through these, individuals can understand more about their own and colleagues communication and working styles, and the value of these differences. We’re always happy to discuss these and the role they can play in developing your leaders of the future.
