Jan helps organisations, teams and leaders to maximise their potential through practical, clearly communicated interventions, balancing both commercial and people needs. Experienced in designing and delivering Leadership Development programmes across a wide range of sectors, she enables managers to develop the skills and behaviours to become leaders. She can help to improve team effectiveness, facilitating collaboration and focus across new and challenged teams. Jan is also an ILM Level 7 Dip. qualified Executive Coach, and a Licensed Practitioner in several psychometrics.
An HR professional for over 25 years, Member of the Institute of Personnel & Development and with an MEd in Training & Development, David brings a wealth of experience to our team. He specialises in Leadership Development, Presentation & Impact Skills, Change Management and Career Coaching, helping individuals add value to their organisations by enhancing their personal skills and confidence in applying them. He has worked with a wide range of Public Sector and blue-chip Commercial clients in the UK and internationally.
Jon is a creative and engaging facilitator, bringing learning to life through a highly visual and memorable style of delivery. He specialises in Leadership, Team and Personal Skills Development and the management of Change – helping managers to diagnose readiness, build support and overcome resistance. With an MSc in Management Development & Training, Jon has extensive experience designing and delivering effective training programmes and workshops across many sectors. As a Facilitator, he enables groups to resolve conflict, problem-solve and develop business plans.

Chris has more than 30 years’ experience helping people develop the skills to be more effective in their workplace and in supporting senior managers and leaders to deliver organisational and culture change. He has particular expertise in Leadership Development, Team Development, Leading Change and Transition and Developing Effective Cultures. Chris has an MSc Management Development & Training, a Diploma in Executive, Business and Life Coaching, and was project leader for the development and implementation of Plymouth University’s Leadership Programme.
Stuart helps inspire individuals, teams and organisations to embrace innovation, creativity and change to achieve measurable business impact. A novel thinker and engaging Trainer and Facilitator, he specialises in Design Led Innovation, Creative Thinking and Organisational and Behavioural Change. With a CIPD qualification in Training Practice, Stuart challenges people to think differently. He has designed and delivered memorable, effective, interventions to address clients’ complex problems at senior leadership level, as well facilitating diverse teams to work collaboratively to deliver common goals.
A confident, competent and credible Trainer and Executive Coach, Sue has a reputation for providing rigorous and purposeful interventions. Described as having ‘warm authority’, she is particularly skilled and experienced at delivering Management, Leadership and Coaching Skills Training and qualifications. Following 20 years as a Local Government HR Manager and Trainer, Sue has expanded her experience working across a variety of sectors. As an ILM Level 7 qualified Coach, Sue uses skilful questioning to understand the context and nuances of challenges.
Jo is a professional, person-centred Coach, with a warm, open and friendly approach. Adept at building trust, her key skills include relationship building, opening up new ideas and possibilities, and building confidence. She brings her experience as a Project Consultant in Communications, Marketing, Recruitment and Training, where she has worked across public and private sectors, providing guidance and support to individuals and teams, on large complex projects. Qualified to ILM Level 7 (Executive Coaching and Mentoring). Jo is also our ILM Quality Manager.
A highly experienced Trainer, Broadcaster and Guest Speaker, Tasneem has an impressive portfolio of work with FTSE 250 companies, global foundations and trusts. Her wealth of experience includes Finance, Insurance, Media and Technology as well as National and Local Government, Health Service, Academia and Charities. A familiar voice on BBC Radio 4 and presenter with BBC and ITV, Tasneem’s specialisms include training on empowering women, media, personal impact and communication management. She also continues to lecture at universities including Oxford, Brunel and Westminster.

He passionately believes success is achieved through building high-performing teams and transforming team experience. As a Trainer he has delivered numerous workshops including Sales, Change Management and Customer Service, whilst as a Facilitator he has helped Board and Operational Teams to develop business Strategies, Visions and Values. Steve is recognised for building both collaboration and energy in the groups he works with.
