Jan Cowan

Jan helps organisations, teams and leaders to maximise their potential through practical, clearly communicated interventions, balancing both commercial and people needs. Experienced in designing and delivering Leadership Development programmes across a wide range of sectors, she enables managers to develop the skills and behaviours to become leaders. She can help to improve team effectiveness, facilitating collaboration and focus across new and challenged teams. Jan is also an ILM Level 7 Dip. qualified Executive Coach, and a Licensed Practitioner in several psychometrics.

Chris has more than 30 years’ experience helping people develop the skills to be more effective in their workplace and in supporting senior managers and leaders to deliver organisational and culture change. He has particular expertise in Leadership Development, Team Development, Leading Change and Transition and Developing Effective Cultures. Chris has an MSc Management Development & Training, a Diploma in Executive, Business and Life Coaching, and was project leader for the development and implementation of Plymouth University’s Leadership Programme.

Emma is an innovative executive coach and facilitator, specialising in Leadership Development with particular expertise in Communication Skills, Public Speaking and Forum Theatre. Her unique background combined with her professional training in Voice, Executive, and Team Coaching, has laid the foundation for her subtle and powerful methods.
